That means reservations made today may secure event dates through November 30, 2027, subject to availability.

Plan Ahead With Extended Booking Availability
Events may be reserved up to 18 full months in advance. This extended reservation window is ideal for:

Early reservations help secure preferred booth experiences, premium add-ons, and high-demand event dates before availability becomes limited.
Important Reservation Requirements
To qualify for the May 2026 promotional pricing:
The reservation agreement must be signed during the promotional period.
The required retainer payment must be submitted immediately upon signing the agreement.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until the retainer has been successfully paid.
Unsigned agreements or unpaid retainers do not hold dates or secure promotional pricing.
Payment Terms
All reservations follow the standard payment structure used by DFW Booths:
A required retainer is due immediately upon execution of the agreement.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
If the event is scheduled within 14 days of booking, the remaining balance becomes due immediately.
Failure to complete required payments by the applicable deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation or loss of promotional pricing eligibility.
